TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS
We recommended you book your appointment several two weeks in advance to ensure scheduling flexibility. Appointments may be made by phone 08531-2780, email info@muehlbach, or online.
You'll receive your appointments on arrival at the reception.
TREATMENTS
To begin your experience at our Spa, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Delayed arrival time will limit the time for your treatment, potentially reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other patients, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.
CANCELATION
Should the need arise to cancel your appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which is 80% of your scheduled service charge.
PRICE LIST
With this price list all previous rates lose validity. For any VAT increases, prices will be adjusted. If the prices in the booking confirmation differ from the price list, then the prices always apply according to the valid price list. All prices include VAT. Prices subject to change.
CLOTHING
Please attend treatments in your bathrobe. The therapist will drape sheets or towels over your body to protect your privacy and will perform the treatment with great respect of your personal boundaries.
HEALTH
Please inform us before your treatments of any health issues, allergies, or injuries you may have. Certain treatments may not be appropriate for those with high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies, pregnancy, etc. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.
HYGIENE AT THE SPA
Always shower before entering a shared spa facility, such as a swimming pool, sauna, or steam room. We have provided special sauna towels for you. Please make sure you use them, particularly for sitting on the wooden benches.
RESERVATION OF LOUNGERS
Please do not reserve loungers by leaving your belongings on them. Unused loungers will be regularly cleared by our staff.
MÜHLBACH SPA BASKET
Upon arrival, you will find a Mühlbach spa basket in your room, which contains a bathrobe per person and a beach towel per person. We kindly ask you to use your towels sparingly during your stay at the MühlbachSpa for the sake of the environment.
CHILDREN IN THE SAUNA
Our LandSauna is a place of rest and relaxation. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that the sauna area is reserved for adults and children over 14 years.
TEA & CRYSTAL-INFUSED WATER
Teas, crystal-infused water and fresh apples are available at the Spa. We would like to inform you that these goods are intended for the LandSauna area and not to take away.
