The restaurant offers a unique take on classic Mediterranean and Bavarian dishes. Dinner brings sophistication, with vibrant market driven appetizers, to seasonal entrees and desserts. As main course you can choose between Mühlbach Classic, Mühlbach Tradition und Mühlbach Green.

This is what Bavaria tastes like. We serve delicious Bavarian dishes like Schnitzel or blood sausage. The chefs prepare the great culinary delights you will experience using regional and high-quality products.

An inviting space for dining throughout the day, the Bar & Lounge, casually restaurant and bar are on the ground floor of the hotel. Lunch and cake buffet at the afternoon are all served in the space, with the Mühlbach Bar connected for fine coffee or crafted cocktails.

The farm

Our farm is set in the Rott Valley, where the rhythms of the seasons are at their most apparent. At the farm, we select what we grow, when it is harvested and how it is prepared.

  • Fine homemade jams and jellies
  • Organic, naturally cloudy apple juice made with apples from our traditional meadow orchard
  • Green walnut preserves & homemade liquor (from grappa infused with walnuts and herbs)
