The design inspiration behind the course was sportiness and fairness

Take some flat land, a few hills (not too high, but with a beautiful view of the countryside) and a splash of water, garnish the whole thing with fruit trees and a small village in the middle. Flat fairways, rising fairways, long strikes into the valley and water hazards are another characteristic.
