Activity Program

Our activity program is included with your stay.

Sport is an important component for health and well-being. A team of sport- and physiotherapists looks during your stay after your physical fitness. Nordic-Walking, Aquagym, fitness training or also managed bike trips and much more is part of our free activity program.

Upon request, our sport attendants can create an individual program fitted for your needs.

Regenerate your soul with meditation, Qi Gong, autogenous training and other forms of relaxation.
Balance and calmness are hard to acquire in this time in which life goes by so fast. Within our relaxation program you can learn how to leave your everyday life and stress behind for a little while, step by step. Dip into a world of peace, quiet, contentment, and finally reach a state of complete catharsis.

Your body, mind and soul will be strengthened. Afterwards you will feel settled and calm: Negative energies can be deflected easier.
